Z及logI对离子交换色谱中脲变溶菌酶分子构象变化的表征

以溶菌酶(Lys)为目标蛋白,用计量置换保留理论(SDT-R)中的参数Z和logI对弱阳离子交换色谱(WCX)中“准天然态”和脲变还原与非还原的两种变性状态的Lys的分子构象变化进行了表征。发现在流动相中含有脲时,蛋白的保留仍服从SDT理论,可以准确测定在特定脲浓度条件下Lys的Z及logI值。结果表明,3种分子构象状态的Lys的Z值均随脲浓度改变呈现不连续变化;“准天然态”Lys在同一脲浓度条件下的Z值比变性状态的大,logI比变性状态的小,而非还原变性态和“准天然态”Lys的Z和logI值比较接近。还     

Hall Conductivity in a Quasi—Two—Dimensional disordered Electron System

By making use of the diagrammatic techniques in perturbation theory,we have investigated the Hall effect in a quasi-two dimensional disordered electron system.In the weakly localized regime,the analytical expression for quantum correction to Hall conductivity has been obtained using the kubo formalism and quasiclassical approximation.The relevant dimensional crossover behavior from three dimensions to two dimensions with decreasing the interlayer hopping energy is discussed.The quantum interference effect is shown to have a vanishing correction to the Hall coefficient.     

The Periodic Initial Value Problem and Initial Value Problem for the Modified Boussinesq Approximation

The Boussinesq approximation, where the viscosity depends polynomially on the shear rate,finds more and more frequent use in geological practice. In this paper, we consider the periodic initial value problem and initial value problem for this modified Boussinesq approximation with the viscous part of the stress tensor τ^v = τ(e)- 2μΔe, where the nonlinear function τ(e) satisfies τ_{ij}(e)e_{ij} ≥ C|e|^p or τ_{ij}(e)e_{ij} ≥ C(|e|²+|e|^p). The existence, uniqueness and regularity of the weak solution is proved for p > \frac{2n}{n + 2}.     

Cauchy Problem for General Rst Order Inhomogeneous Quasilinear Hyperbolic Systems

In this paper, we consider Cauchy problem for general first order inho- mogeneous quasilinear strictly hyperbolic systems. Under the matching condition, we first give an estimate on inhomogeneous terms. By this estimate, we obtain the asymptotic behaviour for the life-span of C¹ solutions with “slowly” decaying and small initial data and prove that the formation of singularity is due to the envelope of characteristics of the same family.     

Resonance modes in optical fibres

The weakly nonlinear boundary value problem of wave propagation in an optical fibere(for the transverse electric mode,for example)is formulated and a modified linear solution is obained.It is shown that a self-consistent theory of fibre optics should be weakly nonlinear,The mode of critical refraction that does not exist in the linear theory is obtained,showing that it is a mode consisting of resonance modes,It is shown that the signal carriers in a long fibre are of resonance modes,not normal modes,Some experimental data are given for comparison with the theoretical predictions and the agreement seems satisfactory.

Two Dimensional Interface Problems for Elliptic Equations

We study the structure of solutions to the interface problems for second order quasi-linear elliptic partial differential equations in two dimensional space. We prove that each weak solution can be decomposed into two parts near singular points, a finite sum of functions in the form of cr^α log^m rφ(θ) and a regular one w. The coefficients c and the C^{1,α} norm of w depend on the H¹-norm and the C^{º,α}-norm of the solution, and the equation only.     

Quantum Standard Teleportation Based on the Generic Measurement Bases

We study the quantum standard teleportation based on the generic measurement bases. It is shown that the quantum standard teleportation does not depend on the explicit expression of the measurement bases. We have given the correspondence relation between the measurement performed by Alice and the unitary transformation performed by Bob. We also prove that the single particle unknown states and the two-particle unknown cat-like states can be exactly transmitted by means of the generic measurement bases and the correspondence unitary transformations.
